Saber Class CGI Model

Since no physical model that I know of exist of the Saber, the best that can be done is to provide you with accurate CGI images of this ship.

Type of Federation starship in use in the late 24th century.  The U.S.S. Yeager was a ship of the Saber class. (Star Trek: First Contact) The Saber class starship was designed by Alex Jaegar at ILM.  It was rendered as a computer-generated visual effect.

Federation starship, Saber Class, Starfleet registry number NCC-61947.  The Yeager was among the ships defending Sector 001 against the Borg incursion of 2373. (Star Trek: First Contact).  Named for test pilot Chuck Yeager the first human to fly faster than the speed of sound.
